Product Description | This buffer provides a fast and easy way to lyse cells. It starts with a single colony or a loop of patched cells to make template for PCR reactions. The PCR reaction can be used as templates for homologous recombination and identification of colonies. This technique can also be used to determine insertion/deletion size and/or orientation in the genome when used for identification of homologous recombination integration. This product is for research use only. |
